Level one (duration 2 days)

1.     IFSM certified personal fitness trainer (L1)
2.     IFSM certified sports science foundation course (L1S)

Level two (duration 3 days)

Eligibility: must have completed a level one course

3.     IFSM certified Sports fitness trainer (L2S)
4.     IFSM certified Geriatric fitness trainer (L2G)
5.     IFSM certified advanced fitness trainer (L2AF)

Level three (duration 2 days)

Eligibility: 1.physiotherapists
               2. On completion of any 2 level two courses of IFSM
              

6.     Advanced knee and ankle taping course.(L3KA)
7.     Advanced shoulder, elbow and wrist taping course.(L3SEW)
8.     Basic certification course in plyometrics. (L3P)
9. Basic certification course in ergonomics. (L3E)



*eligibility: physiotherapists and students of physiotherapy and OT and B.P.Ed
**eligibility:
1.     Students of masters in sports physiotherapy.
2.     Completion of diploma in sports therapy.
3.     Completion on submission of dissertation.
