Hey, This place is in a quiet residencial colony in alwarpet (c.i.t colony). (quite close to savera hotel). I will dig out the number and address soon, but if any of you know it please post. The place kicks all in terms of value for money.. they have got cakes to die for.. the place as such has no ambience.. but most people just order or carry home. and the rates are really resonable compared to places like cake walk etc. and beleive it or not , the cakes here are better. in Rs.10 category, go for toscas, mississippi mud pie, honey.. among the bigger pasteries, don order one piece, order a whole one... perfect for parties and other occasions. chocolate trufle rocks..

one more thing for the all the pure vegetarians.. u can get any and every cake u want EGGLESS

	C.I.T COLONY is behind St.Isabells Hospital or nearer to Vivekanada College or say nearer to Mylai Masala restaurant and also behind Chettiyar Hall

	Address of Padmashri Foods The phone number of Padmashri Foods is 24997567 ... Alwarpet u have a Hutch Shop .. Opps there goes a road ... Take a Right and then the First Left ... There is even a Board which Turn u have to take ... i Recommend u to try Tosca ... It's amazing ...

	this place has real good stuff & the kitchen is damn clean too. they dont do door delivery & its mostly for take-aways. their veg puffs r damn tasty- mini puffs r Rs.3, & i think that itself is big enuf! they hav mini- pizas and other such snacks 2. their cakes too r very soft & tasty. the place basically has a very homely taste & touch to its food. must try is the banana- walnut cake & puffs

	We order about 2 or 3 cakes every month in my office from this place. All very good. Highly recommended are Chocolate Truffle and Irish Coffee. Veg Katti Rolls and Puffs are very good as well. Mississippi mud cake and Tosca are superb. Reasonable priced (About Rs 300 for 1 kg Cake), they take orders on phone but dont deliver.
