INGREDIENTS:

1. BIG CAULIFLOWER-1
2. CHOPPED ONION (MEDIUM)-3
3. TOMATO DICED-3
4. GINGER GRATED-1 TBS
5. GARLIC GRATED-1 TBS
6. DHANIA PATTA-2 TBS
7. GROUNDNUTS-1 TBS
8. KISSMISS-1 TBS
9. CASHEW-1 TBS
10.OLIVEOIL OR REFINEDOIL-2 TBS


METHOD:

1. Cut only flowers of the cauliflower.
2. Put the voke on the gas and add oil.
3. Then add garlic and saute for a while.
4. After sauting the garlic add ginger,onion,cauliflower.
5.Add tomatoes and mix well.
6.Cover it for 5 minutes .
7.Saute in high flame & add dry fruits.
8.Serve it in a bowl decorate with dhania patta.
9.Serve hot with parathas.
